At Hellfire, every tip and every service charge goes to our team. We don't keep any portion of either. Whether you leave a tip in cash, add one to your card payment, or pay a service charge on your bill, 100% of that money is shared among our staff.

We distribute tips and service charges across the whole team, not just the people who serve you at the table. A great meal depends on everyone: the chefs and kitchen porters behind the scenes, the bar staff, the hosts who greet you, and the floor team who look after you throughout your visit. Pooling everything means each person who played a part in your experience is recognised for it.

Tipping is always at your discretion. If a service charge has been added to your bill and you have any questions about it, please speak to a member of our team, who'll be happy to help.
